UAP and Metrobank Foundation to hold lectures and exhibitions

The United Architects of the Philippines in partnership with Metrobank Foundation, Inc. have agreed to renew its partnership, this time, in the organization and implementation of the 2018 ART MADE PUBLIC , a travelling exhibition and lecture on Philippine arts and culture under MADE-Cultural Heritage and Education Program (CHED). 

It may be noted that the UAP and Metrobank Foundation have established their partnership in the conduct of the MADE Architecture Recognition Program since 2005.

Through workshops and lectures, CHEP aims to enhance the capacity of the practitioners already working for heritage management and conservation. At the same time, the program hope to provide opportunities for the next generation of students and heritage enthusiasts to gain first-hand insight and experiences relating to different heritage practices.

Initially, both institutions shall spearhead the organization and implementation of the PROGRAM’s lectures and exhibitions in the following, but not limited to, sites;

a.    SM City Bacolod, Bacolod, Negros Occidental on 1 to 3 February 2018,

b.    SM Seaside, Cebu City, Cebu on 7 to 8 February 2018;

c.    University of San Carlos, Cebu City, Cebu on 9 February 2018;

d.    SM Lanang, Davao City on 1 to 3 March 2018; and

e.    The Block, SM City North EDSA, Quezon City, Metro Manila on 14 to 21 March 2018.

This is a FREE CPD for UAP Members is limited to 100 pre-registered participants only. You need to attend the two-days seminar to get 5.5 Credit Units. Attending one day seminar only will not credit any CPD points.
