Philippines hosts APEC Architects Central Council Online Special Meeting

The Philippines hosted the first Online Special Meeting of the APEC Architects Central Council (AACC) last 25 November 2020. PRC Commissioner and current Central Council Chair, Hon. Yolanda David Reyes presided the meeting which was attended by official representatives from the member economies, namely, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong China, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, USA, Philippines.

Presently, the Philippines through the APEC Architect Project Philippine Monitoring Committee serves as the Council Secretariat for the period 2019-2020. The Philippines is set to host the 9th AACC Meeting on October 26-30, 2021 back-to-back with the International Conference of Architects (ICA).
