Past UAP National President Arch. Yolanda D. Reyes featured in the UIA newsletter special edition

Past UAP National President and currently Professional Regulation Commission Commissioner, Architect and Environmental Planner Yolanda David Reyes is one of the ten women Architects in the world to be featured in the special edition of the Union Internationales des Architectes (UIA) Newsletter in celebration of Women’s Day on March 8, 2021.

UIA, with secretariat based in Paris, France, is the largest association of architects in the world with more than one hundred member countries.

It is composed of the following: Region I – Western Europe; Region II – Eastern Europe and the Middle East; Region III – The Americas; Region IV – Asia et Oceania; and Region V - Africa. Two outstanding women architects were selected from each region, deemed to have largely contributed to the architecture profession and are the embodiment of the ideals and objectives of the UIA. Architect Reyes was chosen to represent Region IV which comprises Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
