6th UAP National Board of Directors` Meeting

Pursuant to the Section 52 of Republic Act No. 11232 otherwise known as the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines, and SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2020, Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines, the UAP will proceed with its 6th National Board of Directors` Meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM via teleconferencing using a Zoom video-conferencing platform.
