In its ruling of 18 December 2009, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) confirmed the October 2009-published PRBoA Resolution to implement the NON-drafting format for the subject of Architectural Design and Site Planning for the January 2010 LEA. The said reformat shall be administered by the PRC on Sunday, 17 January 2010 for the approximately 800 examinees that shall take the said LEA.
